PEACEMOMO and TEPI warn of the possibility of war, noting a number of events that are exacerbating military tensions in Northeast Asia, including armament build-ups, military exercises, and military alliances. At the same time, we propose to firmly confront all acts that will bring another war to the world and to speak out together. We will call this process of speaking out together "early warning". Citizens have the responsibility and authority to demand that state actors choose peace.
